Our passion for cooking outdoors started with some gourmet outdoor food cooked during regular camping trips to Cornwall. You’ll be pleased to know that we have scaled things up a bit from a two-ring gas burner and a campfire but our belief that you don’t need to compromise on flavours when cooking outdoors holds strong!

The Big Dish

Authentic Paella, Thai Noodles, Curry, Tagine or Our Italian Meatballs cooked “Live” and served straight from the giant pan into your bowl. We can provide a great range of side dishes to compliment the main dish.

The Big Grill

You can make BBQ food taste great…but it all takes time. We take care to marinate and prepare using interesting ingredients and a wide range of excellent herbs and spices that stimulate the taste buds.
